Please read these terms carefully before using the at444 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and at444.
01. General Introduction
at444 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the at444 website (at444.cam) and all of its services.

02. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on at444, you must meet the following conditions:

- You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- No previous at444 account in your name has been closed.
- You are registering with your own details — not under someone else's identity.
Accuracy of Account Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. at444 may request government-issued identification or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be terminated and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to at444 immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details.
03. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Deposits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on at444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Deposited funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is completed.
- at444 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Fraud Prevention
at444 monitors all financial transactions. If money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is suspected, at444 may immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities.
04. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New users on at444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to receive and withdraw this bonus.
- For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000). Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
- Bonuses are active for a set period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
General Bonus Terms
- at444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- If bonus abuse is detected at at444's discretion, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

05. Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
at444 is committed to ensuring fair play. Software manipulation, the use of automated bots, and any form of fraudulent activity on the platform are strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots or automated software is prohibited.
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
- Coordinating multiple accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- Exploiting technical errors to claim undue winnings is prohibited.
Technical Errors
at444 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from technical errors caused by software or server issues. In all disputed situations, at444's system logs will be considered final.
VIP Program
at444's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
VIP benefits may change at any time and are determined at at444's discretion.
06. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at444 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action:
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Any attempt at hacking, malware, or cyber attacks.
- Impersonating another user or attempting to access their account.
- Presenting yourself as a representative or employee of at444.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.
- Using fraudulent payment methods.
- Abusing the bonus system.
07. Responsible Gaming

User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If all pending bonus requirements are not met before account closure, the relevant bonuses will be cancelled. Any verified balance will remain in the withdrawal process.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between at444 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. To raise a dispute, contact the at444 support team via live chat or email.
We generally provide an initial response to complaints within 7 business days. Complex disputes may take longer. With the agreement of all parties, the matter may be referred to a third-party mediator.
at444's system logs and records will be considered the final evidence in all disputes.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between at444 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by these Terms.
Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be amended only to the extent necessary. The remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
Language
In the event of a conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
